My Recipes

Writing recipes has required more discipline than I originally anticipated. I discovered this when I recorded sixty-five of my recipes for my Greek Cookery book. Maybe it is because I am the type of cook who works mainly by eye. I tend not to weigh ingredients, except when ratios and proportions are all important. So it follows that developing this part of Overstrand Life has been slow but I am hoping in the winter months to come I will put more of my recipes down on paper and publish them on the following pages. Visitors to this section are again reminded of Copyright but are welcome to print the recipes for personal use and enjoyment. September 2012
